Arizona Mandatory E-Verify Law Upheld By Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court upheld the Legal Arizona Workers Act June 3, 2011. The law requires employers in Arizona to use E-Verify to verify the immigration status of new hires. The law allows state authorities to suspend or revoke employer business licenses for knowingly employing undocumented immigrant workers.
