New Form I-9 Regulation Goes Into Effect
Monday, April 6th, 2009The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) requires that an employee’s eligibility to work be verified by use of the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9.
Beginning Friday April 3, 2009 employers are to use a new Form I-9 with a revision date of 02/02/2009. (more…)
