New Form I-9 Regulation Goes Into Effect

The Immigration Reform and Control Act (IRCA) requires that an employee’s eligibility to work be verified by use of the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9.

Beginning Friday April 3, 2009 employers are to use a new Form I-9 with a revision date of 02/02/2009. (more…)
